How we handle your project details and website preferences.

Project inquiries

The inquiry form collects your name, email address, project description, and any timing you choose to share. We use these details to respond and discuss your project. Please don’t include passwords or sensitive personal information.

Inquiries are delivered through Resend to Kumiko’s email inbox. Email providers process and store the message as part of delivery. The website does not keep a separate inquiry database. We retain correspondence while it is needed for the conversation and any resulting work.

Website preferences

Your appearance preference is stored in your browser. Hero playback state lasts in memory until you reload. Neither is used to identify you across websites.

Operational data

Hosting and email services may process technical information such as IP addresses, request times, and delivery status to operate and protect the service. The inquiry endpoint temporarily keeps a hashed email address in memory for up to a minute to limit repeated submissions.

Analytics

No analytics provider or advertising tracker is installed. We’ll update this page if that changes.

Questions or deletion requests

Reply to our correspondence or use the contact page to ask about your information or request deletion. We keep records needed for ongoing work or required by law.
